I just had to come on and tell y’all how my bodyrocking is going. I’m officially done with my 30 day challenge and look Great! Like for real, I’m smoking! I really recommend you to give it a try,come on it’s only 12 minute exercises that you do once a day for five days out the week,with Saturday and Sundays being your rest days.Now out of those five days, a few are yoga days, so you’re not doing the same thing over and over. Yes! I’m too happy. I would like to give extra applause to the sandbag and squats. You two are the best! Hope this motivate you all to give it a try. Also,remember you don’t have to stop eating all the foods you like to lose weight,just eat smaller portions and cut back on sweets.
As promised I’m posting pictures of my progress. So far It’s honestly going well. I’m excited to workout everyday , and even started doing morning runs. I notice that I’m not as tired and worn out as I use to be either. I feel healthier, and much happier. Everyone keeps saying I wasn’t big in the first place, but to me I honestly was . The workouts are twelve minutes, but they do so much.
I eat clean, and reward myself with a pop or soda once a day. I couldn’t take that away, so I found a way to drink one still. Hey! Don’t judge me! My water intake is only up to 4 16oz bottles a day, I can’t get it any higher than that. Here’s a picture of a dinner I had the other night. It was broccoli and cheese, quinoa, and baked tilapia nuggets.

BodyRocker’s 30 Day Challenge
This is the 30 Day Challenge I will complete. I’m so excited to see how I’ll look afterwards. Thanks to my sister Peamy for finding BodyRockers for me off YouTube
